Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking to appoint up to five consultancies to a four-year graphic design framework worth around £200 000.

The council says the framework will cover ‘specialised design services’.

This will include projects such as leaflets, booklets, posters, flyers and advertising.

    200 k / 5 consultancies = 40 k per consultancy / 4 years = £10 k per consultancy. Not worth getting out of bed for. Is this worth a headline?
