The design consultancy has worked with the theatre for the last eight years, having been appointed following a credentials pitch when architect Burrell Foley Fischer remodelled the theatre.

Concurrently, Wolff Olins rebranded the theatre, creating brand guidelines that are used by With Relish in their designs, which are used on flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements and other collateral.

Sarah Hyndman, creative director of With Relish, says, ‘There are certain parameters in designing for the theatre, but it’s different for each production. You have to represent the piece in its own right but make sure it fits in with the rest of the suite.’

The new brochure which launches on Monday will see designs created for two productions: My City, by Stephen Poliakoff, which uses a ‘crazy collage, as it’s a surreal, dreamlike play’, and; Reasons to be Pretty by Neil Labute.

Hyndman explains, ‘For the typography, we use the brand guidelines which we’ve tweaked slightly along the way, but we play with colours and the images. There’s a particular feel that everything fits with, it’s usually dark colours with a flash of brightness and irreverence.’
