The consultancy was approached by John Lewis to communicate the service ‘with a look and feel that is in keeping with the John Lewis master brand’ but that also ‘appeals to the hesitant or dissatisfied consumer’ of other company’s products, according to NB Studio account director Anoushka Rodda.

‘We’ve expressed the broadband as fast-moving but conveyed something calm, serene and trustworthy,’ adds Rodda.
