Bouncing off the Wall

If you failed to get involved in any maypole dancing last weekend, help is at hand from an unlikely corner – that of graphic art.

Uniting graphics, prints, May festivities and murals, this weekend Bouncing off the Wall 20th Century Graphic Arts Fair will take place at Greenside School in West London.

The event is being organised by Friends of the Greenside Mural and Jennings Fine Art, and is taking place to support the restoration of a 1952 mural by Gordon Cullen at the Erno Goldfinger building at Greenside Primary School.

And of course, there’s a maypole for graphics fans to have a good old dance around.

Aside from dancing and perusing some beautiful wares, visitors will also be able to keep themselves busy feasting their design-hungry peepers on a screening of a film featuring Ravilious expert Alan Powers.
