If you haven’t heard of Stack yet, you’ve really been missing out.
A must for all magazine lovers, the company carefully selects the best English language magazines and distributes a different one each month to you door. From visually stunning film mag Little White Lies to crafty newcomer Oh Comely, every month subscribers are provided with a charming new find, which feels as though it has been selected just for you.
Perhaps the best thing about being a Stack subscriber is the monthly missive from the company’s founders, which tells you how they came across the new magazine and why they value it enough to pop it in the post bag.
To further build this community of magazine lovers, Stack are having a party with culture site Le Cool especially for everyone involved in independent magazines tomorrow night. The event, which will be held at London’s The Haggerston, is a chance for editors, writers, designers, photographers and illustrators to talk to their peers and even pitch ideas through Stack’s special pitch box.
Representatives from Very Nearly Almost, Manzine, Grafik, Oh Comely, Paperweight and many more will be attending, as well industry spectators from Magculture, the Future Laboratory and Magazero.
Independents Unite is at The Haggerston, 438 Kingsland Road, London E8 from 6pm on 17 November. RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a place on the list.
