Fivefootsix reveals The Art of Ping Pong
Fivefootsix has approached some of its favourite designers and illustrators to create one-off table tennis bats for The Art of Ping Pong, a charity auction.
It’s all in aid of BBC Children in Need – incidentally a Fivefootsix client – and as you can see, the ten illustrators have taken to it with great confidence and imagination.
Kate Copeland, Robert M Ball, Hello Marine, Remi Rough, Camille Rousseau, Lorna Scobie, Hattie Stewart, Swifty, Chris Wormell, and James Dawe have all contributed efforts.
Chris Wormell’s is currently at £200 and Hattie Stewart’s is going to fetch at least £160. You might get some of them for a little over £30 though if you’re lucky, so get clicking.
They’ve already been on display at a Pingpong-a-thon fundraiser hosted by Fivefootsix for the same cause at their London studio.
Now though they are destined for new homes. Head to The Art of Ping Pong, which you can find here: www.theartofpingpong.co.uk – a live online auction site where you can bid until 15 November when the auctioneers hammer falls.
