Full Picture takes on Covent Garden digital strategy

Full Picture has been appointed by the Covent Garden Area Trust to handle its digital marketing.

The Dorset-based consultancy was awarded the work after an unpaid pitch in August.

The trust wanted its current website redesigned to reflect the character of Covent Garden in a more lively way.

The new homepage, which will serve as a brand site to promote the trust and the area to consumers and businesses, will be launched in December.

It will feature photo galleries, information on the history of the area and user-generated content and news.

Full Picture creative director Stuart Cooper says, ‘The content management system we have developed in-house makes the site really easy to update.’

Cooper believes the new website will reflect the personality of the district and maintain its ‘high-quality’ brand.

The charity decided to retain its present logo, which depicts the historic market, and its green colour scheme, but Full Picture is considering updating the font used.

Full Picture has also announced the appointment of Paul Ritchie as client services manager.
