DBA Design Effectiveness Awards shortlist unveiled

A total of 47 consultancies have won 2010 Design Business Association Design Effectiveness Awards.

The awards recognise projects that can demonstrate design’s tangible effect on a client’s business.

The shortlisted winners are all now in the running for gold, silver and bronze awards, as well as the Grand Prix. The winners of these prizes will be announced on 17 February 2011.

Elmwood is leading the field with four wins, while Good Creative, Jones Knowles Ritchie and The Team each have three wins.

Blue Marlin, Brandopus, Design Bridge and Pearlfisher all have two wins.

The remaining winners, all with one win, are: 20/20, 2LK Design, 999 Design Group, Absolute, Blue Goose, Boxer, Casson Mann & Nick Bell Design, Cog Design, Creative Leap, Design Activity, Ferrier Pearce, FLB, Glorious Creative, H&A Graphic Design, Honey Creative, Interstate Associates, JDO, K-Creation & Production, Kinneir Dufort, Kiwi & Pom, Lambie-Nairn, Lewis Moberly, London Associates, Nude Brand Creations, Optima, P&W Design, PDD Group, Reach Limited, Seymour Powell, Springetts Brand Design Consultants, Tayburn, The Alloy, The Design Group, The Paul Martin Design Company, The Workroom, True North, Vivid and Waitrose’s graphics design-packaging team.

Also to be announced in February will be the Top of the Table Award for the consultancy with the highest number of wins over the past three years. Elmwood currently holds the title, leading from Pearlfisher.
