McCann-Erickson Central began working on the project five months ago, after the consultancy was appointed to work on the branding for Group Lotus after Danny Bahar was appointed Lotus chief executive in October 2009.
The identity was launched along with five new car models at the Paris motor show yesterday.
The website, which can be found at www.lotuscars.com, was created by McCann-Erickson Central digital division McCann-I. It features a yellow, grey and white colour palette, similar to the Lotus marque.
McCann-Erickson Central has also created an iPad application, print collateral, brochures, and mode and brand films to accompany the car group’s relaunch.
