DBA Design Effectiveness Award winners announced

The Design Business Association has announced the winners of this year’s Design Effectiveness Awards.

The awards recognise projects that can demonstrate design’s tangible effect on a client’s business.

Having made it through to the final winning shortlist, the projects will now be in the running for gold, silver and bronze awards, as well as the Grand Prix.

The winners of these prizes will be announced at the awards ceremony on 16 February 2012.

Elmwood, Pearlfisher and Tayburn each picked up four wins, with 999 Design and  Brandopus each picking up three.

Blue Marlin, Coley Porter Bell, Design Bridge, LFH, Webb deVlam and Ziggurat Brands each picked up two wins.

1HQ, 300 Million, Appetite, B&B Studio, Biles Inc, Bostock and Pollitt, Boxer Design, The Brand Union, Brandhouse, Communication by Design/Brand Fuel, Creative Leap, Design Activity, Factory Design, Ferrier Pearce, Good Creative, Jones Knowles Ritchie, Lambie-Nairn, Lewis Moberly, Like A River, Minale Tattersfield, NB Studio, Smith and Milton, Springetts, The Core, The Team, Together Design, Tsuko and WPA Pinfold got one win each.

Last year’s Grand Prix went to the Waitrose graphic design and packaging team for its work on the Essential Waitrose range.
