Inside Design with the James Dyson Foundation

The James Dyson Foundation will become the latest group to contribute to the Inside Design series, hosted by Great Western Studios.

The Dyson Foundation

An exhibition is being held of the work of the James Design Foundation – an educational charity supporting science, design, and engineering education, which will be accompanied by a talk by Dyson engineers Sioned Owen, Catriona Sutter and Frederic Nicolas.

Both the talk and exhibition will explore the business of invention, high tech manufacturing, harnessing ideas and showing how products function.

Inside Design is a season of exhibitions where leading designers, companies and brands share lessons learned and present their design philosophies in a show and tell.

We’ve already seen shows by furniture designer Bethan Gray and product and accessories designer Bill Amberg.

As the title of the series suggests, it’s a place to get inside the minds of some design greats and learn how design-led brands are built.

Inside Design With Dyson runs from 8-14 November, (talk on 14 November) at Great Western Studios, 65 Alfred Road, W2
