Silent Studios has designed The Galleria, a fashion show installation for a new Abu Dhabi cultural hub. The installation uses a set of high performance computers that take in a live feed from cameras filming the live fashion show. These take the live footage and 16 milliseconds later transmit new images onto the screens, creating an immersive experience based on the concept of magnetism, according to Silent Studios.

Poke is working on film project The Imagination Series, which aims to ‘bring people’s ideas to life on screen.’ There are five scripts in total, and the one with the most votes will be made into a short film to debut during the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival. Poke has commissioned five illustrators to create an animated film poster for each potential winner.

Coley Porter Bell has rebranded small business finance company Merchant Cash Express, renaming it Liberis. According to the consultancy, the new logo ‘aims to convey the sense of liberation and optimism offered to customers’, using an arrow-like graphic.
Consultancy Space has designed branded bar areas for Sol beer, to be installed in bars across London. The Sol areas feature bespoke furniture and décor created by Space in materials such as denim, worn leather, hessian, cast iron, wood, steel and vintage Sol bottles.
Sherry Design Studios has been commissioned by Fauna & Flora International to create a logo for a Chuilexi Conservancy, a new wildlife initiative in the Niassa Reserve in Mozambique. The designs use a leopard icon to reflect the Chuilexi name, which means leopard. The initiative is a partnership between two Mozambican companies; Chuilexi Conservação e Investimentos and Luambeze Investimentos.
Dyson has launched Dyson Hard, a new hard-floor cleaner that combines the functions of a vacuum and a mop. James Dyson says, ‘Dyson’s high-speed motor technology has enabled Dyson engineers to develop a cordless machine capable of vacuuming dirt and wiping away grime simultaneously. One machine doing two jobs, in one action’.
