Winn, who joins in November, has had a new role created for her, to help drive growth and creative output across the consultancy’s seven UK and Asia Pacific offices.
Precedent says the appointment is part of a strategy to broaden its offer and expand its Asia Pacific operations.
Precedent chairman and founder Paul Hoskins says, ‘The new role of global creative director is timely and we believe Tori’s experience, enthusiasm and passion for pushing the boundaries of creativity will enable us to successfully deliver on our bold strategic vision over the coming years.’
Winn has a twenty year record of working on traditional and new media projects and has overseen launches for the likes of Coca Cola and British Airways.
She plans to visit all of Precedent’s studios in the coming months including the newly opened Hong Kong office.
Opening this new office was motivated by opportunities to offer strategic digital consultancy to Chinese universities and to tap into Chinese design talent.
Winn is hoping to deliver a strategy that ‘blends creativity and technology’ and says, ‘I hope to be able to use my background and experience to elevate the creativity that already exists to another level, to deliver dynamic, rich and meaningful creative work’.
