Former Capita design chief Joel Bailey joins Seren

Bailey, who was at Capita for five years, is also a founding member of the Design Business Association’s Corporate Design Leaders Group and a member of the Design Authority.

While at Capita he worked on projects including designing a new customer experience for BBC TV Licensing and developing a mobile recruitment platform for the British Army.
