DW debates interaction design issues

How do clients make money when audiences expect everything that can be delivered on a Web page for free?

And how do designers make interactive communications as compelling as traditional communications?

These are just two of the pertinent questions that Orange global head of design Neil Churcher, Applied Information Group creative director Malcolm Garrett and writer and broadcaster Adrian Shaughnessy will discuss with Design Week editor Lynda Relph-Knight as part of Design Week’s exploration of the interaction design sector.

Musician and sound designer Martyn Ware also makes a cameo appearance to talk about how sound is impacting on both branding and experiential design.

The podcast, now live, comes on the eve of the publication of Design Week’s Interaction Design supplement.
