Designed by Blue Marlin’s Gavin Halford, each of the orange, apple and cherry flavours’ packaging will feature a different zombie.
Tying in with Tango’s advertising theme of the drink bringing on unusual side effects, all bottles and cans feature the strapline ‘Tango turned me into a zombie’.
A Blue Marlin spokeswoman says, ‘Exploiting the power of packaging is a really savvy way of communicating with an audience that is notoriously difficult to engage.’
Adam Goodger, senior brand manager for Tango at Britvic Soft Drinks, says, ‘Tango has always been a brand that dares to be different. The zombies are great and completely in keeping with Tango’s “out there” irreverent personality.’
The limited editions will be available until the beginning of November.
