When people are in the news as much as Neville Brody has of late, they tend to come in for special scrutiny and comparisons are inevitable.
We have Joe Gardiner of London communications design group Wardour to thank for his take on the visual evolution of Mr B. The good news is that the origins of his overt creativity and open-minded approach to design are far less easy to pinpoint.
