Cat How

How&HowCo-founder and Creative Director

Cat How is co-Founder, CEO and Exec. Creative Director of How&How—a global branding agency with offices in London, Lisbon and LA. A former journalist; Cat studied at Central Saint Martins and set up How&How in 2020. Cat’s agency works with climate-tech brands, champions salary transparency and gender pay equality. Cat has set up pro-bono climate initiatives, such as GetSet, and is a mentor for Women in Tech. She has spoken about entrepreneurship, creativity and running your own business at Universities, summits and conferences around the world. She loves to wear ginormous earrings.
