Jon is Executive Creative Director and a board director at 20.20, responsible for setting the vision and direction of our strategic design offer. He is a powerful advocate of our collaborative approach and a firm believer that a deep understanding of human behaviour allows us to disrupt the way brands interact with customers.

Jon has led the transformation of Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium for over 15 years, including the design for each of the world-leading hospitality experiences at the club.

His expertise in developing successful fan engagement and brand experiences has given Jon the opportunity to lead amazing projects on both sides of the Atlantic. From Kentucky’s Churchill Downs and Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena to Manchester City FC, Liverpool FC, Wembley Stadium, and West Ham United.

He is a regular speaker at events and conferences across the globe.
