Pali Palavathanan

TEMPLOCo-founder and Creative Director

Pali Palavathanan is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of branding and digital agency TEMPLO, which focuses on creativity for change. Founded in 2013, TEMPLO was set up as an experiment to see if design could be pushed into new territories to make real political & social change. Since then the studio’s work has helped arrest war criminals, been a part of the controversial 2015 UN Gaza Conflict inquiry and has been banned in Sri Lanka for their ongoing work exposing war crimes. TEMPLO collaborates with ambitious clients including the United Nations, Migrant Help, UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Amnesty International and the Climate Change Committee. TEMPLO’s work has been featured in Wired Magazine, Etapes Magazine, Design Museum’s ‘Hope to Nope’ exhibition & Channel 4 News.
