Pali is the Founder and Creative Director of branding and digital agency TEMPLO, which focuses on creativity for change.

TEMPLO work with ambitious clients from large corporates and government bodies to charities and start-ups. Current clients include the United Nations, Somerset House, Migrant Help, Plymouth College of Art and Committee on Climate Change.

TEMPLO’s work has been featured in Wired Magazine, Design Museum’s ‘Hope to Nope’ exhibition & Channel 4 News.
