As Head of Strategy, Taamrat leads insight development and the strategic practice at COLLINS. She’s driven by mining truths that challenge clients’ assumptions and inspire radically honest ways to design brand experiences. Most recently, she developed rigorous insight-based strategy for game-changing challengers like Robinhood and Xero. Studying Sociology and Economics at New York University, Taamrat is most passionate about the intersection of race, representation, and the socioeconomic patterns that shape today’s macro and micro cultures. She’s especially interested in the brands that are willing to confront the issues shaping our future—Human Rights (of all kinds), Climate, and economic development. Prior to COLLINS, Taamrat worked across a mix of industries, from Healthcare to Fashion to Fintech, and more, developing brand strategies for inclusive innovators like Mozilla and Plaid, launching products for category behemoths like Disney, and organizing product portfolios and designing campaign ideas for clients like Adidas.
