Refinery 29 logo
 

Wolff Olins’ New York office has rebranded lifestyle website Refinery29. According to the consultancy, the new look ‘stays true to [Refinery29’s] cool kid core, while pushing them into the future.’ The logo uses an interlinked monochrome ‘R’, ‘2’ and ‘9’ within a circle.

Skol armchair
 

F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi in Brazil has worked with furniture designer Pedro Useche to create armchairs from Skol beer bottles. The cylinders of the packaging are used as bearings in the seat and armrest, providing a ‘pleasant massage sensation’, according to Skol.

Hawksmoor spring water
 

Paul Lynch of consultancy Saint has worked with Hawksmoor owner Huw Gott to create labels for One Water Butterfly Bottles. The still and sparling water bottles are being sold in Hawksmoor restaurants and bars from this month before going on general sale in September.

Pizza Hut has launched a new website, designed by consultancy Amaze. The new site is fully responsive across all devices, and is being launched to coincide with the restaurant chain’s 40th birthday.

Kenningham Retail
 

Underscore has created the identity for Kenningham Retail, new boutique retail property business. The identity aims to communicate the idea of seeing ‘the bigger picture’, according to Underscore.

Paesan
 

Consultancy B3 Designers have created the interiors for Italian restaurant Paesan, in London’s Exmouth Market. The space aims to create a ‘raw, rustic and contemporary feel’.  The branding was designed by Alex Morton.

FAT Architecture, Crimson Architectural Historians and Owen Hatherley have been announced as the team to design the British Pavilion for the 2014 Venice Biennale.  The title of the 2014 Biennale is ‘Fundamentals’ and overall director Rem Koolhaas has called on national pavilions to respond to the theme ‘Absorbing Modernity: 1914-2014’.
