&Smith creates identity for Coworth Park hotel and spa

&Smith has created the branding and collateral for Coworth Park, a country house hotel and spa in Berkshire, for the Dorchester Collection.

The consultancy has created a core visual identity for Coworth Park, as well as identities for the spa and for three food and beverage offers and related collateral. The identity aims to be ‘undeniably English’.

&Smith worked with copywriter Steven Bateman, photographer Tony Glanville and illustrators Laura Carlin, Giles Revell and David Atkinson. Pope Wainwright worked on exterior and interior signage solutions.

The interior design of Coworth Park was developed by Fox Linton Associates, which used English smoked-oak flooring and wool, cashmere, linen and mohair textiles.

Coworth House opens on 27 September.
