Two directors leave in Identica restructure

Identica directors Sheona Michie and Alice King have been made redundant, with their roles set to be combined into a new deputy managing director position.

Former client services director Michie left three weeks ago, while account director King was due to return from maternity leave in a month’s time.

Both were invited to apply for the new post of deputy managing director, which is intended to ’free up’ managing director Richard Morris to focus on new business, says chief executive and creative director Franco Bonadio.

Meanwhile, Identica senior designer Hamish Campbell has left to join Lewis Moberly. ’He will be replaced, and we are seeking a project manager as part of the reshaping of the business,’ says Bonadio.

The successful applicant for the post of deputy managing director will be announced in two weeks.
