Milk faces up to its clients

Shropshire multimedia group Milk is opening a London office, to overcome the lack of human contact inherent in Web-based work. Milk was launched by former London designers keen to exploit new technology benefits.

“Although our business revolves around developing communication via new technologies, talking to our clients face-to-face breaks the personal barriers of the Internet. As most projects require much creative input, there is still no substitute for human interaction,” says Milk new business director Simon Russell.

The group will keep its main Oswestry office, where staff enjoy a better quality of life and higher job satisfaction.
