Halifax and Bank of Scotland examine retail comms

Halifax and Bank Of Scotland has appointed Lippa Pearce to examine the creation of its retail communications, following a paid, four-way pitch. The consultancy will produce a design template to bring a consistency to the way HBOS communicates with customers.
