Start’s fifth birthday party isn’t a legless affair

In a truly creative display of word association, London consultancy Start is celebrating its fifth birthday with style at the capital’s groovy Denim bar by encouraging guests to enhance their natty outfits with a pair of paper, cut-out, ‘denim-style’ turn-ups.

Helpful instructions are included on how to attach the bucket turn-ups to the trouser, such as ‘one for each leg’, and the invite incorporates a colour chart to enable punters to match the accessories to their denim.

It goes on to point out that ‘instant designer credibility has now been achieved’. How Start made the leap from Denim to denim, we’ll never know.
