RCA directors’ professorships

The Royal College of Art has appointed Design Week founding editor Jeremy Myerson as Professor of Design Studies and Roger Coleman as Professor of Inclusive Design.

Both roles are newly created positions at the college and formally recognise Coleman and Myerson’s roles at the Helen Hamlyn Research Centre, according to a spokeswoman. Myerson (pictured) says the appointments reflect the growing importance of research to the college.

Meanwhile, Alice Rawsthorn and Daniel Weil have been appointed as Senior Fellows Elect by the college.
