St Martins’ Yuille casts light on bad house habits

Paul Yuille, a recent Central St Martins College of Art and Design industrial design postgraduate, has designed a selection of objects inspired by people’s bad domestic habits, and unwittingly given us a taste of his own.

The remote deck chair sounds tasty, but Yuille was on a cruise as we went to press so we couldn’t ask him how it works. But we loved the ‘welcome coffee table’ complete with doormat, and the fish tank/ lamp shade for amnesiac goldfish, entitled ‘Did I leave the light on?’.
