Utility report for C21

National gas and electricity provider Eastern Group has appointed London consultancy C21 to write and design its next company environmental report, after a five-way unpaid pitch Incumbent group The Attik plus Thumb, Rhodes Design and Creative Company also pitched for the project, to be completed by the end of August.
