Bell rolls out Italian concept

An Italian restaurant concept created by architectural practice Bell Associates is to be subject to a major roll out.

Another 38 Fresco Italian brasseries are planned over the next 18 months, to follow the existing outlets in Nottingham and Bristol. Client Restaurants GB already operates other restaurants in London’s Battersea and in Basildon.

Andy Bell of the Croydon practice says the intention for Fresco was to create a lively, warm, fresh environment. The work includes bars, lighting, furniture and fabric wall-hangings.
