BBM Carlson has boosted its team with the acquisition of the graphics division of Bristol group Warner Associates.

The deal is part of BBM’s strategy to expand its information technology offer, says BBM

managing director Paul Moore.

The Warner division’s client list includes IT specialists

PeopleSoft and Surface Technology Systems, which transfers to BBM as part of the acquisition.

Two designers have been retained by BBM, including Nick Meads, who headed up Warner’s graphic division and is now senior designer. Moore says he plans to take on more designers next year. The group is seeking to expand its literature offer.

Warner currently has no graphics offer, focusing rather on commercial interior design, explains Warner director Paul Goodchild.
