Lib Dem bird credit falls victim to pecking order

Regarding a point of historical accuracy, in your recent Comment, you credited Franco Bonadio as the designer of the Liberal Democrat identity (DW 31 May).

Franco’s contribution to the project was significant. However, as is often the case with complex branding tasks, the project was a team effort [within Fitch] and the core concept of a bird bursting into flight originated from elsewhere within the studio.
