WMH denies plans to sell up or merge

Independent design consultancy Williams Murray Hamm has denied industry murmurings that it is set to sell all or part of its equity to a trade buyer.

WMH director Richard Murray says there is no truth in the rumour, despite multiple reports suggesting that a trade sale or merger could be in the pipeline.
