Shoe shop in the dark
In “Dark age” verdict for shoe shop design (DW 18 June), Heather Feltham of Shellys says that it has not used the same consultancy twice for the fittings in its 14 stores.
Feltham has obviously not experienced the strategic support that a good relationship with a design consultancy provides.
