Heather Cashen, who quit as The Body Shop head of commercial design two weeks ago (DW 9 March), has followed her old boss Jon Turner to Enterprise IG.
Cashen joins as creative services director and will report to executive creative director Turner, who joined in December.
She left The Body Shop just two months after being promoted to head of commercial design. Turner’s role as head of global design was split into two with half going to Cashen and the other to head of design Paul Porral.
Turner says, “Work has increased and we need a director to make sure there is a seamless delivery to the client of the creative process.”
Turner confirms that he headhunted Cashen for The Body Shop and has done the same at Enterprise IG. However, he says he will not be poaching any more ex-colleagues from The Body Shop or anywhere else. “None, absolutely not,” he says.
