Joshua’s BAFT ready for take-off

Design and marketing group Joshua has been appointed to develop an identity and marketing and communications plan for British Airways Flight Training.

The division has been established as a separate profit centre. As well as training BA staff, it will now offer courses for pilots and cabin crew from other airlines.

The identity is scheduled for an April launch. BAFT marketing manager Judy Wakelin says, “Our emphasis will include developing customer loyalty and exploring the potential of the Internet.”
