US design group Design Edge is credited with the appearance of the Advent E.go, a new PC designed to challenge Apple’s iMac in the convenience stakes. The unit, launched last week in PC World stores, comes in Millennium Silver, with purple detailing. Matching accessories are also available to fit in with domestic environments. Both manufacturer and retailer are emphasising the machine’s ease of use. They claim it can be set up from its box in just three minutes.
