West Sussex group Quarto Design has created a new identity for independent dental practice Stricklands. The client has rebranded as Stricklands Dental Fitness Centre.

Kate Hutchison has been promoted to the board of London group Lapot in the position of creative director.

MET Studio has appointed Jack Lohman to the role of business development director. Lohman previously held an equivalent position with The Visual Connection, which works with MET Studio on a project specific basis.

Contrary to information issued by Cable & Wireless Communications, One World Communications was not dropped from its roster (DW 10 July). It was never on the roster, but when considered, the group’s presence on BT’s roster automatically disqualified it from the C&WC roster.

A North American personality has been created for Baxters’ healthy option soup sub-brand. Bath consultancy Blue Marlin included a ‘healthy reward’ tag to position the range in the mainstream health market. Baxters’ tartan has been reinterpreted as country plaid, playing down the brand’s Scottish heritage for the US market. The consultancy has also evolved the Baxters identity, and is now revamping all Baxters’ UK soups, to roll out from October.
