Repair job turned out to be more than a tweak
I object to the tone of a news story referring to the work that we have completed for Hampton’s International (DW 3 May).
The story should be considered in its context. The tweak to the identity was just a very small part of a larger corpus of work.
We simply responded to a last minute request from the client who then chose to run with some of the changes and not others.
This is the client’s prerogative and we have experienced none of the negative feedback that the article would seem to suggest.
