GDR takes on merger market

Global Design Register has teamed up with an international merger and acquisitions specialist in a bid to capitalise on the buoyant design market.

The deal puts GDR’s design industry knowledge alongside the “deals and numbers expertise” of Results International, says GDR managing director Richard Watson. Results International has offices in the UK, US, Argentina and throughout Europe.

The two companies have a working agreement – no cash has changed hands – and they are already in discussions with at least one UK design group.
