Robotic shark to be star of Wildlife Special

A robotic shark, with its anatomy digitally enhanced by BBC Post Production – Design Bristol, is the star of Sir David Attenborough’s latest Wildlife Special, to be broadcast on BBC1 on 27 July. Roboshark has allowed shark behaviour to be filmed up close, with the aim of exploding the myth of it being purely a killing machine. Graphic elements, designed by David Cox and Christopher Vass, show the way sharks interpret and navigate their surroundings.
