Lunchtime horror for have-a-go designer

Designer Cathy Barnard of Lumsden Design Partnership resorted to extreme methods to find out more about client Ainsleys of Leeds.

She turned up at the bakery and sandwich shop chain at 7am for a day’s work. ‘Lunchtime was frightening, we were just mobbed,’ she told colleagues. Her new knowledge has apparently been reflected in her work for the client.
