Motorola launches a limited edition of its V600 camera phone, featuring a case designed by Warren Noronha, at this week’s London Fashion Week. Noronha’s design features herons in flight against a Chinoserie background, with the birds’ eyes made of in-set Swarovski crystals. According to a Motorola spokeswoman, the print is ‘designed to look like camouflage’. The phone will be a gift to Noronha’s VIP Fashion Week guests and will also be available at selected outlets later this year.
The visual system created by SomeOne is based on movement patterns of birds gliding on thermal columns, which allow them to travel long distances with ease.
