London design group No One continues its work for property developer My New Pad, with the design of a CD format package, including a brochure and music CD to promote Half Moon Yard, the company’s latest development in Cobham, Kent.
According to No One co-founder Simon Manchipp, the brochure is designed to escape the A4 format. ‘We were thinking about the experiential side of buying a new property and so the CD contains music that you can play once you’ve moved into your new place,’ he says.
The consultancy also commissioned a mixologist to create a cocktail recipe that will be given to purchasers of property at the Half Moon Yard development. The development’s fridges will then be pre-stocked with the necessary ingredients.
The package is scheduled to launch next month.
