German registers our Queen Mum as a rose

Will the Germans stop at nothing in their quest for world domination? First they nick our spots on the beach. Then they nick our taxis in Majorca. And now they’ve nicked the Queen Mum.

The name of the Queen Mum has been registered as a trademark to a German. Why? Because the person in question wants to use it for a type of rose he plans to breed.
