Agenda was set the challenge of designing unconventional packaging for two new flying toys produced by Britain’s biggest kite manufacturer, Worlds Apart. Zoomerang and Whizza are to be launched at the International Spring Fair at the NEC Birmingham on Sunday (5 February). Agenda has created a three-dimensional pack for the toys which avoids using normal box, bag or blister packaging and can stand or hang on display in retail outlets. `Pack graphics with the diagonal dynamic have shelf impact and work across a family of products of varying shapes and sizes incorporating a variety of licensed character themes,’ says a consultancy spokeswoman.
The show, designed by Nissen Richards Studio aims to tell “the wider story of displacement alongside individuals’ narratives”.
