Tide-Frater joins team at Harrods

Former head of creative direction at Selfridges Susanne Tide-Frater takes up a post at Harrods this week.

Tide-Frater is joining the retailer as creative director, a position that has been newly created for her. Reporting directly to Harrods chief executive Richard Simonin, Tide-Frater will oversee the development of new concepts and innovations at Harrods. She will be working closely with the Harrods buying and marketing divisions.

At Selfridges for seven years, Tide-Frater worked on product and brand innovation, as well as store design, but has not been replaced.
