Akillian takes up new role

Michael Akillian, formerly head of communications at Atex Publishing Systems Corporation, has been appointed vice-president of Sametz Blackstone Associates in Boston.

Akillian will be responsible for communications management and marketing and will participate in the strategic and operational management of the company.

The strategic communications and design group has been selected to create a new promotional brochure for TAMS Consultants, an architecture, engineering and planning firm. The group will also create the copy for the brochure, which will focus on TAMS’ worldwide airport practice.
